Where We Deliver
We ship orders to all states within the United States (except for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and most international countries.
Order Processing Times
Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. We try our best to process orders within 24 hours, however at times, it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note, that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska at this time.

At this time we do not ship to the following countries:

Customs information
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which is not included in the total price at checkout. Pure Gemme cannot reimburse customs fees in any capacity if they are applied, and is not liable for refunding/reimbursing these fees. These fees are charged by the country of import so that's why we have no control over the customs/duties fees that may be associated with your order.
The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. You may check out simpleduty.com/import-calculator to estimate your potential fees. If you are a Canadian customer, you can visit here for more information on your potential fees.
We do not have the ability to estimate these fees for you prior to delivery at this time.
For your information: Duties are tariffs payable on goods imported. Your ship-to-country selected when the order is placed, collects duty and taxes on imported goods on behalf of the local government. These fees vary depending on the product and the value of the item purchased.
Once your order is shipped out for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation and notification of the tracking number so that you can check the journey of your order until it reaches your door. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available via the shipping carrier.
Order/Shipping Delays
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible of the revised estimated date of delivery. For EU & UK customers, this will not affect your statutory rights.
All of Pure Gemme orders are automatically covered with insurance, in the event that your order is lost in transit or arrives to your door damaged (this means the actual product and does not include the packing box). In these 2 cases, Pure Gemme will refund your purchase if your package is lost in transit beyond 4 to 6 weeks, or we will replace your order if it is damaged on arrival to you {a return of the item(s) are required here}. If you still haven’t received your order within the delivery times of your selected shipping option at checkout, please contact us at support@puregemme.com with your name and your order confirmation number. We will look into it for you.
