Purchasing, Receiving, and Redeeming Gift Cards
Not at this time.
Cancellation is subject to limitations. Once your order has been placed and your card has been processed, unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled.
However, a refund can be requested after your order is fully processed less the service fee.
We only charge a small fee at the time of purchase – a service fee – of 3.49% of your purchase price is added at checkout.
If no future date of delivery is selected at the time of your purchase, your recipient will receive their digital Gift Card via email no more than 30 minutes after your order is placed on the same day.
All of Pure Gemme Gift Cards are digital and will only be sent via email. You can either opt to have your Gift Card sent directly to your recipient by email OR you can have it sent to yourself where you will have the option to print it out and physically present (pun intended) it to your recipient.

After entering the value of your gift card and clicking the Buy button on our Gift Cards page, click on the tab “Yourself”. Your digital Gift Card will then be sent to the email address you enter at that time.
After entering the Recipient’s name and personalizing your special message for them, click on the “Yourself” tab and enter your email address.
The digital gift card will then be sent directly to you via email, where you will have the option to “Download Gift Card” to Print and gift to your recipient physically.Â
Not at this time. A new Gift Card will have to be purchased.
Yes! As long as there is a balance left on your Gift Card after you make a purchase, the balance can still be applied to another order.
We do provide refunds up to 30 days after your purchase less the service fee, if you decide for any reason at all that Gifting to your recipient was not a good idea.
To receive a refund, the Gift Card issued must not have been activated/used and the original value purchased must still be on the card. To start the process, you can contact our Customer Experience team, and include your order # and date purchased here.Â
