What is a Hammer Toe?
A hammer toe is when your second, third, or fourth toe bends in the middle, causing it to look like a hammer.
If you keep bending your toe in the same way for too long, your toe muscles can get out of balance and cause the tendons and joints to get cramped in that position.
Nix the need for HAMMER TOE SURGERY
What causes Bunions?
Bunions are a feet malformation caused by consistent and continued pressure on the outside toe joint. This pressure causes it to eventually protrude and appear as a bony bump on the side of your toe.
Arthritis can also cause bunions as it sometimes affects the toe joint of the big toe.

Let me tell you, I was a bit skeptical of these toe realigning contraptions! The first time I put them on, it felt like a medieval torture device. But after gradually increasing the wear time, I felt a sense of relief that I haven’t felt in ages. My bunion may not have disappeared completely, but my toes are definitely making a comeback to their original position. So far, I’ll give it 3 stars until I see my toes completely realigned.

As someone with “curly toes,” I know the pain and discomfort that comes with misaligned toes. That’s why I decided to give the Bunion and Toe Corrector a try. I was skeptical at first, but I needed something that could be worn all day to train my toes back into place. Since I wear shoes pretty much constantly, finding a product that worked with my footwear was essential. While these correctors weren’t a good fit for my minimalist gym shoes, they paired perfectly with my wide-toed barefoot gym shoes. Made with a soft and stretchy silicone gel material, these correctors are incredibly comfortable to wear. The spacers are firm enough to keep your toes aligned without causing discomfort. I’m currently wearing them with socks and shoes, and I’m relieved to say that the pain is subsiding. If you’re looking for a solution to alleviate “curly toe” pain and realign your toes, the Bunion and Toe Corrector is a great option. It’s comfortable, effective, and easy to use – all you have to do is slip it on and go.

This product is great for training your toes to spread out, which can help prevent rubbing, particularly for those with bunions. However, it can become uncomfortable after around 30 minutes of wearing it inside shoes and may also stretch out the shoe, depending on the material. I noticed a difference in how my feet felt after just one day of using it. I only wish I had discovered this product 20 years ago, as it could have saved my dance career!

I’m currently breaking in these Correctors for a few minutes each night before wearing them longer, as they seem to have a lot of work to do on my toes. They may work best once I’m able to wear them for extended periods. However, they likely won’t fit in most shoes that don’t have a very wide toe box or sandals without any between-the-toe strapping. I’ve had them for a week now and plan to continue wearing them at home.

These toe spacers are “IT” for anyone with arthritis in their toes. As someone with Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis who works on their feet all day, I needed a solution to ease the pain and swelling. I had to wear special inserts to take the pressure off the balls of my feet, which left my toes isolated and vulnerable to the OA attack. The pain in my third toe was so severe that I couldn’t even move it. But after just one hour of wearing these spacers, there was a noticeable improvement. The material is cool and soothing, and the spacers are comfortable to wear all day. After a week of use, I’m amazed at the healing progress. The pain has subsided, and I can move my toes again. I even ordered another pair to have on hand. If you’re struggling with arthritis in your toes, these spacers are a must-have. They’re a little miracle that will make a big difference in your daily life.

After fracturing my toe, my Podiatrist recommended using spacers along with gauze and wraps to train my toes to flatten and stay separate, which would help in strengthening them. These spacers feel like a “comfortable challenge” and I wear them around the house as much as possible. I believe they are actually speeding up my healing process.

Although getting the Bunion and Toe Correctors on was a bit tricky due to their flexibility, I wore them for an hour every night for a couple of weeks. These straightened out my pinky toe that was previously bent and causing discomfort in my shoes. Now, I can even see my toenail! Highly recommend these.

I never thought I would find myself in need of toe separators, but these have proven to be a game-changer for my feet! The comfort level is a solid 10 out of 10, and I can’t believe how much happier my toes feel now that they have some room to breathe. It’s amazing how something so simple can make such a big difference in daily comfort. Highly recommend!

My podiatrist swears by these Correctors, and with proper use, I’ve seen great results.
To avoid the burning sensations that some people have reported, make sure to thoroughly wash and dry the soft silicone material, which can trap bacteria and fungus. Also, be sure to wear them all the way to the base of your toes; wearing them halfway down won’t do the trick. After washing and drying, they can be sticky, so applying a little talc powder will make them easier to put on and reduce the risk of tearing.
