I have to say, this back stretcher massager is actually effective! One thing to note, though, is that it can and should be adjusted to fit your body. When you first open it, take some time to adjust it so that it feels comfortable and like your back is actually resting on it. As a woman, I found that there was still some space under my lower back when lying down, so I had to arch it a bit to get the best results. Men, on the other hand, will likely be almost flat on the floor when lying on their backs. But regardless of your gender, the back stretcher can really help with stretching and alleviating pain. My husband used it to stretch his back after dealing with sciatica, and I loved using it to crack my back. All in all, it’s a great purchase!
